Return portal is not accessible
The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.
How do I return?
You have 14 days after receiving your parcel to advise us if you would like a refund. You then have another 14 days from notifying us to return the parcel to us. Note that we use Collect+ for all returns and you will need to take the return to a drop off location.
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved, usually within 24 hours.
- You will then receive a second email containing a pre-paid label.
- Drop your item off at one of thousands of Collect+ drop off locations around the UK.
- If you do not have a printer, please take the email with you to the drop off location and they will print the label for you.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 28 days of receipt of your shipment, but please notify us within the first 14 days if you wish to book a return.
- Please take care when trying items on.
- They must be in original condition with labels still attached, unwashed and unworn.
- Free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned.
Do you offer exchanges?
We are unable to exchange items at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a seperate purchase for a new item.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for sending your return back to us.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 72 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 14 days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
