Our UK returns are free and simple with Collect+. Click here to process a return.

Refund Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your parcel to advise us if you would like a refund.  You then have another 14 days from notifying us to return the parcel to us.

Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us.

Hygiene
In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or pierced jewellery or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Additional Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift Cards
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!  As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  If approved, your refund will be processed within 72 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
At the moment we do not offer exchanges, but if this changes we will let you know.  If you require another size, we shall process your order for refund so that you can then purchase another size.

International Returns
You are responsible for all shipping and tax costs.  If you do not cover tax costs, this will be deducted from your refund amount. Please get a tracking number and receipt when you make your return as proof of postage.
